Filter is not worth the money. I've used cheap Loreal Tanning Mousses that last longer than "Filter" does. Not to mention, mine expired after just a couple of months whereas the product says that it will last 6 months. It was literally green by the time I was going to give it a third go. Very disappointed.

I had really high hopes for this tan as I had been recommended by a friend to try it. I will start by saying it smells lovely and goes on very smoothly however after using this as part of my normal tanning routine and sleeping in the layer I applied I woke up extremely dark (I only used the dark one). I showered as normal and very little residue rinsed away whereby I was left quite orange. Lots of the tan had also clung in places to my skin but when I applied it seemed evenly spread! But worse than this, over the course of 24-48 hours after applying it caused my skin to dry out so significantly that it started to crack and it felt sore. Since I developed what feels like a reaction with a burning sensation to my shins and arms (where it cracked my parts of my skin significantly) and blistering across my chest which I have never ever experienced before with any other tan or any other product for that matter. A week on, I still can’t get all of it off, my skin in so sore and even when I try to moisturise myself with my usual moisturise it burns so much. I don’t have sensitive or problematic skin so I just want to warn anyone who may use this. I will be writing to the customer service but after seeing reviews have little hope of a response.

I bought shade extra dark in this tan and had such high hopes, i even used up all of my old tans before i tried this as i thought i was really going to love it and didn't want my old ones to go to waste! It goes on amazingly and smells lovely. it develops really well over night and goes very dark however as soon as you get in the shower to wash off the excess the whole thing goes down the drain instead. I did 2 layers of this and it barely looks like i've tanned, let alone applied two layers and slept in it. Definitely wont be purchasing again and will revert back to my old ones.

Customer service is appalling. I purchased a voucher for my sister as a Valentines present which she has gone to use on one of the bundles which are regularly out of stock to find out the voucher flags up an error code. I contacted the customer service team who are arguing back and forth with me about requiring my order confirmation email which they never sent in the first instance. I have sent them my payment confirmation and the voucher code and confirmed the email address used for the purchase but I just keep going around in circles. The customer service team clearly are not working to help their clientele and only their to cause frustration.

Lovely tan a smidge orange does make my knuckles very dark which isn’t very natural looking but do love the smell of the tan would definitely purchase again x

Terrible customer service. Ordered product over a week ago. No news as to when it is going to be dispatched. Sent emails and recieved no reply! Sent a message via Facebook and still no reply! No contact number to call either....
